Rachel Inzina-Reynolds is the Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Rachel combines her deep understanding of human behavior with a keen sense of organizational dynamics.

With extensive experience in HR and Project Management, Rachel also holds multiple Agile certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and SAFe POPM. These qualifications underscore her dedication to optimizing workflows, driving team success, and executing effective project management strategies.

Outside of work, Rachel is a dedicated family person who enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Brian, and their four sons. They reside in Monroe, where they share their home with their dog, Sky, and cat, Sista. Rachel’s interests include traveling to Notre Dame to attend sporting events and visit with their youngest son. She also enjoys watching movies and engaging in outdoor activities like water sports, pickleball, and tennis. Her vibrant and active lifestyle reflects her dynamic approach to both work and life.
