Julie serves as the Resource Development Manager. She plans and executes 40+ employee campaigns each year. She researches strategies to implement donor centered fundraising to increase donor retention and promote effective recruitment of leadership donors. She is responsible for $500+ donors under 45 with memberships in the UNITED45 Leadership Society, managing donor retention, and recruitment efforts. Julie assists the Community Investment Committee Volunteers as they allocate funds to the community. She is also responsible for annual completion of database2, the comprehensive annual report required by United Way Worldwide.

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community.
